Staff for my Factions Server - RavenRealms

Hello users of MC-M. I am currently looking for staff for my Minecraft server! My server is called RavenRealms and the IP is ravenrealms.us. We currently have not fully released yet so we are in need of many staff members. Positions we need:
Helper(Non-Paid): 0/4
Moderator(Non-Paid): 1/6
Admin(Non-Paid): 0/3
Head-Admin(Paid): 0/1
Developer(Paid): 0/2

This would be better if were actually professional. It looks like you don't really care about your work nor do you want to get the right team, you have just thrown it out there. Please include lots of detail and information. That would bring in the better than average people.
