12 Staff Members For Each Of The Factions Servers There Are 11
The Roles Available Are 3 Admins 5 Mods And 4 Helpers Per Server
I Also Need 12 Staff Members For Each Prison Server
Once Again 3 Admins 5 Mods 4 Helpers
I Need KitPvP Staff
5 Of These 1 Admin 4 Mods
Sky block Staff
10 Staff Members 2 Admins 5 Mods 3 Helpers
Nations Staff
8 Staff Members 2 Admins 3 Mods 3 Helpers
Minigame Staff I Need Around 75 Staff Members As There Is Going To 15 Minigames 5 For Each
And I Also Need 12 Staff Members For My Freemode Section Which Will Allow Players To Buy Houses,Cars,Planes,Helicopters And Boats Aswell As Doing Various Things Around The City

There Are Various Perks To Being A Staff Member Such As Getting Access To Staff Village Which Is A Village In The Hub Where Each Staff Member Gets A house And Aceess To Fun Things You Also Get Access To The Staff Room On Each Server Plus Many More

Not to be outright rude but having a lot of money doesn't mean your server will go well. You need to know what you're doing. Do you have any NDA's for developers, do you even have developers? Do you know how to use javascript? Do you know how to advertise?

You shouldn't need 132 staff. Start off with about 5 or so and as your server grows, add more. 132 is WAY to high, only the largest servers have around that amount.

Winner right here. I'd just like to point out though, JavaScript and Java are 2 different languages. Minecraft runs off Java, not JavaScript. Still, 100% agree with this :tup:

I think if you want to custom code plugins, you need to know javacript. If not, then you can still use javascript if he wants to create a website. (Or he needs to know how to get a website developer).

Everyone wants to run a network because they think there's money to be made. The truth is that you can't run the next Hypixel by tomorrow. Building up a network takes a lot of time, patience and luck. It would also be an incredibly huge blunder to start running 11 servers at the same time. Any smart businessman knows that you need to start off small. You sound like you're going to invest all of your money into this and frankly it's not going to work unless you really rethink your intentions.

^ I agree. We made 9 servers at once and it was just too much and wasn't going anywhere so we stopped all the servers and created 1 server. Now it's getting bigger and bigger =) We're thinking of adding more servers when we hit a certain player database mark.
