All the server information you included was that it was 'space themed'. How does this benefit you recruiting staff? When recruiting staff member's, I suggest you include more information about the server, such as:
The server will include the following features:
- (examples)
- Custom Plugins.
- Rewards, etc.

You also explained the server was a network, but did not explain what gamemodes. Some staff specialise better in certain gamemodes, which in cases like networks is crucial that you distinguish what gamemodes you offer.
