Before I start things off, please forgive me if this is in the wrong section of the forums. I didn't know where exactly it should go so I put it in here.

So, I am starting a new faction server. It is 100% completed and has many unique aspects. I am now looking for what I consider the most important part of the server. The staff. I personally feel the staff make or break the server. The staff members are the ones who should always be there to help players, help keep the community a community, and make sure everything is running smoothly.
