Hey! I'm the current Owner/Staff Manager of a newly created server named SpiritMC. SpiritMC is a new and upcoming server, that will be based around KitPvP and Prisons. Our server is fully custom coded, with experienced Developers who are hardworking and have made servers previously with profit. However, as the development stage draws to an end, and the push for Beta is nearing closer and closer, we will be looking for experienced Staff Members to join our team!
What we will be looking for:
- Helpers (Trainees) (All applicants will start with Trainee.)
- Moderators (Senior - Trainees) (You will receive Moderator, if your Staff application shows you are ready for the position.
- Designers
- Discord Managers
- A Staff Manager (Potentially room for two Staff Managers.)
- Builders (Needed Urgently)
What we will look for in a Trainee:
- Availability
- At least 3-4 hours a day minimum on the Server, Discord and Forums.
- Experience
- A resume if you have one (Would be a higher chance of acceptance when applying)
- No bad reputation on the MCM Community.
- Hard working
- Willing and Able.
What we will look for in Graphics Designers:
- Able to create quality work.
- Able to edit anything at our request
- Be able to be on at some time within the day when we request some logos or images
- A portfolio of designs you have previously made
What we will look for in a Builder:
- Experience within Building on other servers
- A portfolio of previous designs you have made
- Hard working
- Willing to build at our request (Big builds with our other building team)
- Able to edit anything to fit our themes and requests.
What we will look for in a Staff-Manager:
- Able to Accept and Deny applications from anyone
- Able to message the Owners with who you have accepted and denied via our Discord DM's (And we will be able to apply their ranks in game, on the Website and on the Discord.
- Able to read applications any time of the day
- Applications have a 48 hour time period, and therefore you must be able to check the forums each day, just in case any new applicants apply for Staff.
What we will look for in Discord Managers (Not an in game rank):
- To be able to edit and add any bots we request.
- Be able to create and manage roles on the Discord.
- To be able to set-up bots that are needed to enhance our servers' discord.
- To be able to be on at least once a day, or if you aren't able to get on to edit the discord, at least be able to be contacted.
