I personally think that there should be a section called staff recommendations where people can recommend people for staff. There should be at least 20 people voting for 1 person before a higher up staff member decides if that member should partake in the McM staff or not...

I don't think this is a good idea. I think it would mostly be people joking around or recommend their friends, or even themselves without any real reason for the recommendation.
