A thread of mine, in which containing multiple invalid de-vouches (proven), was reported multiple times by me in an attempt to get a staff member's attention. I did not want to make this thread, but I felt like it was my only option. I have been attempting to get the devouches taken off, but I haven't received any alert, message, anything from a staff member. Extremely dissapointed at the team here, but after seeing how this community acts, I can't imagine the staff would act otherwise.

Make a support request here http://www.mc-market.org/support/requests/ instead of complaining to the public.

In seriousness, good luck with your issue... Doge was going through reports like an hour ago he said in shoutbox he was at "August 22nd" they are extremely backed up and have so many that it literally takes weeks to get any answer. I have just started PMing staff recently as I get my issue resolved the same day, compared to a support request or report that takes 2+ weeks.

I have before and I think it took them maybe 4 days to resolve it.
I just had to wait 16 days and only reason it got closed/resolved was because I was bugging staff in PM and bumping the request like every day.

Im sure the staff has been deliberatly ignoring you for weeks, bc they all wishes death and despair over your whole family.

We all know the support requests and reports are extremely slow, so you are not in a special situation at all. Please go to the back of the angry mob line

Lmao this is funny. You have no idea how busy the staff team is, they constantly have 400+ reports to go through, and you think 2 de vouches is going to kill you? Bumping the request counter acts you. Support requests are dealt from the oldest upwards.

I re-report it every few days, not every minute. I understand they can be busy, but there has to be a team of at least 10-15. Please don't tell me none of them could've visited my thread, comprehended the issue, and kindly removed the comments. I've been waiting for 3 weeks.

We have not been ignoring your reports. we have been trying to get through the several hundred other ones while all busy with IRL stuff as well.
But fear not, the pace has been picked up and a hundred reports have been handled just today. It will not be much longer before we arrive at yours.

I'm sure the staff would much rather you open a support request and wait patiently like everyone else instead of PMing them (which in most cases it's for personal/business use)

Pm'ing us directly is something we only recommend for highly urgent issues such as users posting dangerous links, users absolutely spamming the crap out of something or accounts being compromised. In short, anything that requires IMMEDIATE attention RIGHT NOW, and for the sake of the site, not just you as a member.
Now, there has been a ridic buildup of reports these last few weeks, and we do apologise for that. However, that is now being resolved right this minute (mostly by Doge, the legend), and at no point do we ever deliberately ignore reports made in the correct way.
