Introduction:
Hello, my name is Fishy or Brandon. I am here on MC-Market offering being a staff member. As you can see, I am a new member on this website, which may concern most people looking, but I do have knowledge in moderating a server, even though I do not have a lot of experience but my only times as a staff member I've been a very trustful person. I am currently looking to be either a Helper or Mod.

Experience:

So my only time, I've been a staff member was 2 years ago on a server called HOTMC. When I joined this server it was extremely small. I believed at the time I joined it was in BETA and averaging around 10 players, not that big. I applied to help the server with issues and I really enjoyed how the owners worked out the server. I was accepted a week later and started out as a Helper. I was responsible for chat moderation, detecting cheaters. I soon moved up to a Moderator as the owner felt I did well, this was my 2nd month into being staff. I basically did the same thing as a moderator but this time I was a global mod, which meant I can moderate all the servers that were on at the time, and I only applied for factions staff. 2 months later I was moved to Admin, then shortly Head-Admin, but was brought down back to Admin as he did not want any Head-Admins at the time. During my stint as an Admin, I learned how to use Enjin. The website was running on Enjin at the time, so I helped the Owner with all the Enjin Plugins and making the website look nice not flooded with spam forum posts. Also, I was a Recruitment Moderator as I accepted or declined applications coming our way. During my 6 months as a staff member on HOTMC I learned a lot on keeping chat clean, plugins and helping out new staff members. In the end, the owner shut down the server after only a couple months out of BETA.

Pricing:
As I am new and haven't moderated a server in 2 years, I am free for anyone to hire.

What I Offer:

Leadership- I can guide others as in helping old/new staff members, I look at everyone with respect as I am not a mean person, I talk to everyone with manners even if I don't like the person it doesn't effect my leadership.
Effort: I put in 100 percent effort into what I do I am not going to give up, I keep going even if it is next to impossible I keep going.
