Staff Issues

So on my staff team ive had this prolem before too, 2 staff both very talented fight with each other and say theyll resign if the other doesnt leave, what should I do??

Try to let them figure themselves out or let them both go. If they are both immature and saying they'll resign if the other does not, they may not be worth having.​

Talk to them, tell them that if something like this is not professional and should not be tolerated. Also say that if they think that they don't feel fit and or right in the place they are staffing on, which in this case is your server, that they should leave.

Sort out their differences or take the positives you like over the other and use that towards the other in a negative effect by removing them out of the network from their staff position. Regrets will be made.

Like others suggested, tell them it's not professional and they should get along if either of them wants to stay staff. Staff have a big impact on your server and if they are acting childish and arguing around players they can draw players away. If it was me i'd tell them both they will get demoted if they can't get it together.
