Hello MC-Market!

I am here today recruiting staff members for my team for a server soon-to-release. We plan to release soon and we are expecting a large playerbase. We have many partners/youtubers and the server has been release once before, we did very well when it came to the playerbase but we did have issues I'll address at the bottom. So, I am here needing staff members to assist with community issues, the server, the staff team and overall make this project possible!

We never had issues when it came to partners/advertisements as I've seem before. The issues we had were revolving management and development. Since then and since the revamp of the ChaosCraft, we have a complete new, larger and experienced management team and a new, improved and more dedicated development team. We also have another owner which specialises in server development a lot, so this, will insure the server is to the best of standards it can be!

No hard feelings but I'm devouching this network - Their staff Doxed a newer manager and after talking to a potential new manager on Chaos they refused to get rid of the staff. Completely irresponsible considering the youtubers involved.

Maybe if management actually attempted to make a decent setup and have a good team, it would succeed. This will be the fourth time ChaosCraft has failed.

Excuse me aha, i have changed the management if you actually looked? My staff team didn't DOX the user, the DOX was already publically available.

Right, as stated in the thread this has been addressed and management have been addressed. You need to realise that not all management members are good at things, we all have our faults. So when you blame us for the setup issue, this might be something you focus in but this isn't management required. There is only so much someone can do, they just have to trust others and this obviously didn't turn out well, which the ownership team has learnt from.

I don't want to sound nasty or aggressive but you need to realise people and members make mistakes, we learn and we grow from these. Anything management approved by myself was completely successful, I can't help or run other management members that did not run their job correctly. The word 'decent' has many meanings and views behind it. It was decent but there was issues with the some of the our server products, these were tested but again, players can find loopholes and this is something some of our development team could not handle and were overwhelmed. Again, before you point fingers at management members, I myself have worked for very large servers/networks, and teams and I do not have development skills, there is only so much I can do. We tried our hardest to find development members who can do this which took time and we now finally have that team on our side.

Regarding this 'DOX' threat. I bet you didn't see some stuff, did you? There is always two sides to a story buddy. However, I was aware one staff member did violate this, and ownership themselves and all my staff members can support me when I say they were demoted from my staff team. Don't ever say 'staff' when you don't know who was involved, etc. You were on the outside, there's only so much you seen but if you want to play rumours, that's perfectly fine, but don't drag myself, my staff team or Chaos down with you. You can destroy your own reputation doing that. That 'manager' you are referring to also cause very serious damage to our server, you don't see us going after his reputation, do you? No, we learnt and we are hoping he did also and decided to take the responsibility as a staff team, for the sake of our community.

You may see yourself as a good manager, I am not saying you aren't. But, I also can stand here and say the same. But, everyone has their faults, including myself and my team. Sometimes it takes a little while for someone to learn, but, if you are really determined you never give up. And you, as a management focus member should really understand this over a lot of people in this community. We manage projects, teams and servers and try to make the impossible possible, and we support them from the start to hopefully the end.

Not to be rude, just a tip, might want to change the part where it says Large Sever in the title to Large server gl
