So far I've noticed you've made a total of three threads. The first two were alright(ish) but you just keep lowering the standards of them.

People are not just going to apply especially when you give little to no detail on what the server is going to be, what each position is expected to do, what your budget is, what you are planning on doing to get players (and yes that means linking the YouTubers that will be advertising your server). There are so many things that you could do to make your thread look half decent and get the attention of users who would love to apply for staff on your server, but you just seem to be rushing it in hopes to gain random people to apply. Sadly you won't be getting any decent staff members with this thread.
