Hello. My name is William, but I like to go by my alias, Havocus. I am here to offer my services as a community manager and/or administrator, but let me tell you a little about myself first. I am 18 years of age at the time of this being written. I currently reside in Canada. I have been playing Minecraft for around 4 years now, so I am very experienced with the game.

Community Manager

A community manager is a role that is very important to the success of a server, and often times I do not see these types of managers on a server. As a community manager, I'd like to manage a community, both in-game and off-game. This includes setting rules, hosting events, working closely with the staff team, making tutorials, writing background stories and lore, being involved with the community and taking into consideration their wants and needs, posting twitter updates, managing a forums page, posting forums updates.. Anything along those lines is what I, as a community manager, can do.

Staff Experience

Some of my previous staff experience comes from some of the top servers. Some of these servers are PrimeMC and Arkham Network. During the time as a staff member on Arkham, I learned to work on a team better and how to go to others if I ever need help or don't remember something. Some of the other things that I have learned from past experiences of a staff member I how to keep calm in stressful situations and always make sure to try my best to help everyone have a happy day gaming. In my time as staff on PrimeMC I learned how to communicate with my team and openly control and manage our different staff groups.. A lot of my friends were running their own personal servers, many of them needing staff. I would go to them requesting a staff position on their server because I wanted to see their servers flourish with popularity. Staffing was the perfect job for me. I loved answering questions, making tutorials, fixing bugs, building warps and spawns. Everything about staffing I loved. I eventually went on to bigger servers and applied, hoping that I would be accepted, and was on most of them. It was and is to this day one of the best experiences I have ever encountered. What I Can Offer

I am looking to become a community manager/staff manager. Basically, I can do things that the owner(s) don't have time for. I can communicate and interact with the community and gather what they would like to happen in the future of the server, I can look for candidates for the staff team, I can manage the staff team and assign jobs to the staff and decide which ones should keep their jobs, which should be promoted and which should be demoted, I can host events such as drop parties and PvP tournaments, I can solve disputes between players on the server or disputes between staff members if they get too out of hand, I can monitor the players and keep a good eye out for hackers, I can manage donations and promote members who recently donated, I can manage the announcement section of the forums, I can keep the forums clean and enjoyable by deleting inappropriate threads or replies.. There is a plethora of other things I can do as a manager. As far as time goes, I can be on anywhere from 3:30PM - 9:00PM on weekdays and 1:00PM - 10:30PM on weekends. If you are not in need of a manager, I am open to any administrator r positions open depending on the server's financial situation and popularity.

You should hire me over the next guy because I have a natural tendency to handle everything I listed above. I feel that I am a very excellent manager because I know what to do to make everyone in a certain situation happy and I can handle situations efficiently and maturely. I know what I am doing. When opening a server with a serious goal of getting somewhere, you need someone to lead your staff team. I can be that person. When being a server staff member, you are representing the server as a whole. I fully embrace this idea by respecting and following it. This means that I realize that whatever I say or do as a staff member reflects on the server as a whole.

Being a Helper, and Moderator does not mean you have any experience as Community Management.
I understand that. Along with both of my positions on these servers I was also in the management team on both.

Hey man. Do you have any experience with modded Minecraft? I am running a custom 1.10.2 modpack with a bunch of mods like Mekanism, Immersive Engineering and JEI on Sponge Forge.

You were in the management team as a helper? Looks like things have changed.
Lmao, you have to know that there are millions of types of servers out there with different staff systems.

Also, at Mineplex you can get a management role at Trainee.
