I'm a staff manager, who has had lots of experience in the server. I can't provide lots of information here, but, add me on discord, xDesi#1270 and I'll provide you my resume. I have made servers go up from just a few players to about 200-300, and I can suit your needs. I will manage your applications, and sort-of be the "Human Resources" of the staff.
