about
Hello, my name is Andy. I currently live in the USA and am 19 years old. I've been an active Minecraft player for the better part of the last 7 years. The majority of that time has been devoted to staffing multiplayer servers. About 3 to 4 years ago, I got into staff management. I've taken up the hobby as my main pastime and hope to eventually turn this into a career. I use every bit of the experience I gain through this and apply it towards my career path down the line.
I assist servers with:

• Writing and maintaining staff protocol documents. (Rules, tool lists, etc.)
• Organizing your team and maintaining your desired image of said team.
• Promotions, demotions, coordination, and communication.
• Setting up and managing the staff side of your discord/forums.
• Assisting with any other management tasks you may need.

**before you continue, I should note that I am prioritizing lucrative opportunities. Exact wages can be discussed during the process.

what I am looking for
Essentially, I am looking for an established community with a decent sized playerbase. My aim is to take on a management role on your server or network. (Not lower staff ranks) I have spent the better part of my time on Minecraft learning and accumulating the knowledge and experience I currently have, and am able to adapt to any team formats.

Here's a list of my other preferences:

• Neat in-game designs. (No overly-flashy chat system. Decent builds and a good spawn. Fellow admins and executives that are 100% mature and motivated. Preferrably doesn't rely on the Essentials plugins but I can make exceptions)
• I cannot work for any community owned by someone under 15 years of age.
• I would prefer to work for a network that isn't split based on communities (staff ranks are global.)

• HYPIXEL
  Achieved moderator rank and held it for about 5 months before stepping down.
• MINEPLEX
  Achieved senior moderator and held it for 2 months before stepping down.
• AELBORNE FACTIONS
  Staff manager for about 8 months before server shut down.
• WINDMILL GAMING
  (Same owners as Aelborne) Achieved head of staff and held that position for a year.
• ARCANE FACTIONS
  Head Admin (Head of Staff) for 8 months.
• JUMANJI CRAFT
  Achieved Owner status (alongside founder) and headed the staff management department.

  Achieved a senior moderator-type role and assisted with applications.

• I will not accept part-time offers.
  
• I am fine working alongside another staff manager but prefer to work alone.
• I would like to see the server before officially accepting any offers.
• I will only consider offers regarding servers using Spigot, between versions 1.7 and 1.12
