Hello everyone, I will be first coming off to give you a little bit of a introduction to myself.
My name is David Smith or as many people call me by me IGN: NOMOREGANGMUSIC
I am a staff manager that has two years of experience in this line of work and looking for another server to be a manager on. This does not need to be paid, As it is optional and I do not do this for money
Here is a little bit of my experience of being staff/managing servers
CentileHCF [Trial-Mod] [✓] [Trial-Moderator]
This server was fun whilst it lasted. The main player count peak from sotw was around 2000 players with many streamers.The server was running very smooth until custom decided to ETB the whole server and snatch the database releasing everyone’s ip’s ranks credit card’s ETC. The staff manager Sleds blamed this on me because he was very angry which I agree with him on but I did not do anything to the server which he thought I was lying so I got demoted.

FaithfulHCF [Resigned] [✓] [Moderator]
So I was a Pre-moderator//Trialmod whatever you want to call it. I don't see about writing about this because Faithful is a scummy network with a scummy owner

This was my first time staffing on any server as this was the only server I ever played on. This was a classic OG-Type HCF server. This server consisted of Kitmap, HCF, Practice. I was a Senior Moderator Rank on this server before I resigned do to lack of players and dead playerbase. I had most of my experience on this server and the owner of the server Hykurtis really showed me the ins and outs of ould like to call it. I was recruited to their staff team and I was on it for about one month. In that month I got 37 bans 20 mutes and I dont know any warnings. I Resigned due to lack of respect or any acknowledgement by Killa-MC as he was very rude obnoxious and oblivious to his staff team. He was very mad all the time and had a short temper leading me to just quit the team.He even threatened to have me offline for the rest of the year. I did not want to take part in a server like this so I resigned as soon as I got the threat. I was soon blacklisted on the network and my traces were completely removed from the server.

This server was very immature and inactive I don't even want to put it on my application but I will. This server topped 70 players on release kitmap. I was a trial-mod.. I soon resigned because lack of progress and in-active owners. This is mainly a kitmap server which is very laggy and boring

Velt [Demoted] [✓] [Moderator]
VeltPvP is a very populated Semi-HCF Server. This was my most proud staffing time and was very fun. There was so much oppurtunity I had on this server it was incredible. Super organized server, Friendly staff team and overall amazing to be apart of the team as long as I was. I was demoted for inactivity that I did not warn sulium or the manager about which I was supposed to and this led streaks leading to a demotion.

On here I was manager for a while and had many staff demoted and promoted and it was a fun time. It was fun but the server was dead and there was no point managing nothing.

As you guessed I was manager on here also, This was a server created by a friend and I was given the chance for Manager rank. So I took it. We did not get far after release but we did make about $300-350 on release. I did not have to go much in-depth with managing simply because it was SkyblockHQ and not HCF or Regular Factions where moderating is crucial
