I do like new managers coming to the market, who are from back-in-the days. However, it's a little different now; especially being on the market. As of right now, I definitely wouldn't hire you, because you haven't provided a resume, evidence, or even said much about you for the case. I do recommend you improve on these, write up on a google document your resume; include profile, experience, evidence, and much more to increase likely acceptance.Hello, I am reasonably new to the MC market; so try not to roast me too much on the layout of this offer
My name is LumpyMud, or Dylan. I have worked as a staff manager for many small servers over the past 3 years. My most notable server that I helped start up originally was HavocRaids. I was the original Staff Manager for the first ever map for the server.
I am capable of organising staff meetings, managing sub teams within the staff team, promotions/demotions, creating staff etiquette booklets and staff punishment guidelines.
I have recently been told by numerous people who I used to work with (all of whom have progressed into administrative positions in large servers) that I should seek further job enrichment for a larger scale server.
Payment depends on the scale of the server I would be working with, and how large you require the staff team to be.
Thanks,
Dylan - LumpyMud
