Hello Mc-Market Community,
Today I am here to tell you about my experience as both a player and a Staff Member on Minecraft. I am offering my skills as a Staff Manager / System Administrator for now, as I feel like that is where I am best suited.
I have been staff on multiple servers. I will post my full experience list at the bottom of this thread, but for this section I will lay out all of my administrative positions.
Podzol Network / Mine4Life
Back in 2012, my friends and I opened up a server called Mine4Life. To start, it was a small server, only averaging about 15-20 players, and to be honest most of those players were either close friends or people we knew close to where we all lived. On this server, I was a Co-Owner as well as a Part-Time Developer and a Builder. I mainly helped review plugins as well as test the server and deal with promotions and demotions in the staff team.
The server became popular mid-2013, averaging about 75 players (which at the time was huge, given that MinePlex was barely holding 900). I was the most popular staff member, as I was the one who dealt with the ranks. I held myself to a high standard of excellence and never let the server fall until it was time.
Because of the nature of the server, and the gamemode we had chosen to go with back in 2012, we became less popular as time went on. The server was a Survival / Building server, with a small emphasis on PvP but barely any. As time went on, there was more of a communal shift towards Soup PvP, and most servers died out. We eventually stopped the server in mid-2014, and I resigned soon after. Currently, the rest of the Owners are trying to salvage the server, but I wanted to get away from the project because of the deficit of players.
Strawhats PvP
This was my first Potion PvP staff position. Strawhats PvP was a Practice PvP server that started back in late-2014. It was only up for a little bit, and was ultimately down more than it was up. However, when we were running, we gained huge publicity. Large YouTubers player and advertised, such as Satisfying, SaltySavvy, and Jeremy2873. I was a Head-Administrator as well as a Part-Time Builder on this server.
Ultimately the server closed, because of a lot of reasons. Funding was a large problem, as well as a severely undertrained team of Trial-Moderators. I was only in charge of managing Moderators and up, so I couldn't really do much to help.
McPvP
McPvP was the biggest server and the most successful server I was staff on. McPvP was a Hardcore Soup PvP server started back in early Minecraft versions. They were huge during 1.0.0, 1.2.3, and 1.5. I was an Administrative Staff Manager, and I handled all ranks given and taken away.
The server was up for a long time, almost 3 years, until they merged with BrawlMC. I, unfortunately, did not follow the Owner's and their decision to merge. I didn't like most of the Administrative team there, and was most likely going to get demoted to a lower rank if I went through with the merge.
Well, for starters, I have one of the most diverse applications out there. I have had three independent Staff Management as well as Administrative positions in Minecraft. I know Plugins, Code, Commands, and much more.
I know all 3 large Group Management plugins. For example, here is how you would promote the player "Steve" to Owner in all 3 platforms:
Pex
/pex user Steve group add Owner
Group Manager
/manuadd Steve Owner
zPermissions
/promote Steve Owner
Secondly, I have a very unique ability, which is communication and adaptation. I take criticism well and can adapt to unique situations depending on what is thrown at me. I am able to formulate responses based on what people have told me and what the general public's response is to me.
Third, I am able to get things done fast and efficiently. I have lots of ideas, and am always commenting on those ideas. On PrimeHCF, I am known for making 5 paragraph posts going into detail on what I think should be added. If I am staff on your server, you can be sure that I will be able to add at least the ideas for you to create.
Thanks for reading,

Why Should You Choose Me?
So, you might be asking yourself, why should I hire this person as a Staff Manager for my server?
Well, for starters, I have one of the most diverse applications out there. I have had three independent Staff Management as well as Administrative positions in Minecraft. I know Plugins, Code, Commands, and much more.

Closing Statement
I hope you learned a little something about me today, and I hope that I can help you with whatever dreams you wish to pursue on your server. Thanks for reading.
Other Staff Positions
I have been a Trial-Moderator on PulseHCF and PrimeHCF, as well as a Moderator on EliteKits. These experiences helped to reinforce my knowledge of basic moderating commands as well as some advanced plugin application
