I have a small server called Skypixel, and we need 1 Developer and 1 Staff Manager. The server is a minigames server with only Bedwars planned at initial release. The server needs to be released in January. You must know BungeeCord! We use PebbleHost.

The Staff Manager will be paid $5 a month and the Developer will be paid $10 a month. No more, no negotiations.

GL. Most developers are either paid per projects, or per hour. So good luck finding someone who is skilled enough and willing to use their knowledge for such a low rate.

For my management work, I would get charged $25-30 p/month but $5, dayum. Would be pointless and just work for free since, you'll get $0.17c p/day and developer would get paid $0.35c p/ day.

I would rather spend my time developing for free on a unique server rather than $10 a month for a game that every single mini games server has...
