CyanideHQ Network is based on PvP and has a lot of good and some unique features on each gamemode, as for now server has 4 gamemodes HCFactions, Practice 2.0, KitMap, UHC.
We are recruiting a Staff Manager that will take care of Staff members, we expect someone that will have a good experience with being staff and of course that will require all our requirements.

• Staff Manager - Requirements
  • You must be at least 15 years old,
  • You must have microphone,
  • You must have teamspeak,
  • You must have at least 2 previous server experience(don't try to lie),
  • You must be on server at least 2 hours per day,
  • You must be familiar with commands such as ban, mute, kick etc..,
  • You must be familiar with some essential plugins and Spigot overall,
  • You must work in team very well and listen to the things you have being said,
  • You must speak English pretty decent - fluent, if you can talk more languages that is amazing.

• How many hours are you willing to spend online on server: weekdays I am willing to spend 7+ hours a day as I do not currently go to school or work and on weekends I can play up to 14/15 hours each day on the server making sure all staff members are ok and looked after.
• What were your past experiences (provide proof please):
• Staff on a smaller server was a HCF server and it got around 50-100 players each day I do not have proof as this wasnt one of my greatest achievements but I have included this as I was head-administrator.
• Staff on enforcedmc (moderator) the server got around 400/500 players a day and peaked at 900 on SOTW. Proof: http://enforcedmc.com/community/index.php?threads/7fpss-staff-application.178/
• I have been staff on many other servers but I do not have proof and would not like to just fill my application up with things that you guys may see as lies.
• Why should we accept you as staff manager: I believe you should accept me as staff manager as I am not only very active and a very kind person but I would like to mentor the staff and be fair to them all. By passing on positivity alongside this I can double over as a developer too if I was needed as one as I have a bunch of fully custom coded plugins,koths, HCF cores and spawns so therefore if you needed help I would be happy to give these things to the server and help config them!
• Do you have any experience with finding ghost clients - screensharing: Yes, I know how to screenshare very well and I am aware of different ways to find ghost clients as during my time on enforced we had to be screenshare approved and alongside this I was one of the best staff on the server at keeping my calm and finding any cheats on the players computer.

• Why should we accept you as staff manager: I think I should be accepted as staff manager cause I count on the quality of staff, I'm very professional and efficient with my work. I have a lot of experience with leading a team and creating essential documents. I have countless years of experience in staff and community management, I also have 3 months of experience in server development. I strive to train and help support all new and upcoming staff as well as maintaining a safe environment for all staff. My work is done good, fast and well. I feel I should be accepted so I can contribute all the skills I have learned over the years to the server and staff and to help contribute anything I possible can to the server. I'm an all-around job hard working guy and I would love the opportunity to help improve this server.
• Do you have any experience with finding ghost clients - screensharing: Yes I do, I have been on many servers staff teams that required monthly screen share tests of both Macs and Windows computers. I have created my own screen sharing guide (which I would be happy to contribute to the server) as well as expertise in finding any and all clients in people's computers. I am very well aware of how to screen share and to identify a legitimate hacker.

Sadly when I was a server owner I didn't have good interactions with potential staff managers for my server. They were all staff managers who got fired and weren't to happy about it.

I know you probably hear this excuse a lot, however I would like to reassure you, ever since I left owning a Minecraft server and getting a bunch of hate I have been very successful, I've gone to preparation college classes for Business and Finance, I've gotten an IRL job as a In-Store support technician at Target and I've been able to lead many great and successful staff teams and apply great needed measures to my life skills. I would highly suggest that you keep this in mind, because I'm know this is a common excuse but I would love to show you how much work I can get done good in a fair amount of time and also 90% of those reputations were from frustrated and upset staff-managers who didn't make the cut.
