Staff Manager for a 7+ Years server

I'm looking for someone who can be my number one for a server that's been around for 7+ years. Not the most popular server but we have an established team of talented people that need some leading.

About me​

I had my first Minecraft server in 2014, and I've been on and off working on the server up until 2019 when I started spending full time on the project. Something you should know about me is that I'm a person who does not give up and I don't like erasing someone's work because I know how much time it went to it.​

About the server​

Since the creation of my Minecraft server, I've been passionate about creating a unique game mode that's original. Every little aspect, I don't like copying other designs, but I do like to take inspiration. With that being said, my server's been around for 7+ years, it's definitely not the most popular server out there but it has a lot of unique history behind it. The main game mode on the server is survival which the world never reset. We have opened other game modes, more specific events for everyone to enjoy at the same time, and when that happens we made custom maps for each of them, which took a while. The server has a build team currently, not a large one but there are 3 active builders currently available that can work with you if you like building with others. *I excluded myself from this count because I am more focused on staff and the direction of the server.* The team we have on the server is very talented and quite welcoming. The server is currently being revamped so it's offline to the public, but we hope to be open around the beginning of December.

I have a few questions as well, how active is the server? Like how many players do you see actively playing per day? 20? 30? 100? Because as much as I admire your longevity, I can't see myself being a Manager of a server that's essentially dead. Also I personally always inspect servers before I even think to apply or accept any kind of staffing role, it's important to me to see the perspective of the average new player to see "Would I personally play on this server". Please post the IP somewhere.

The server is currently in a revamping stage so it's offline. However, our discord server is active with the community playing things like bedwars, Clash of Clans and our team has been working on projects behind the scenes.

I see your concerns about being a manager on a server that's essentially dead. That's for you to decide how you preserve that. The IP is ArcticForestMC.net and would recommend checking out the youtube channel that's named ArcticForestMC to learn more about us.
