Staff Manager for VoltaicMC

Hello MC-Market.

I am requesting an experienced staff manager to recruit and manage staff.

Let me tell you about VoltaicMC.
VoltaicMC is an upcoming faction server that has been in the works for months on end. Our server does not have a set date for launch as we are finishing everything up. I would guess it would come out in a couple months. A few weeks after launch we are going to launch skyblock, which has been in the works for about a month now.

Our plan:
Our plan for the server as of now is to finish up the factions files, which should take about one more week. We then will pay for the server logo to be made. The website is currently being worked on right now. After that, we will polish everything up, and then hire YouTubers. I, myself, is a YouTuber with 3,300 subscribers, so I can hype the server up to an extent. I also am a skilled montage and trailer maker, so I will most likely make the trailer. We will set a launch date for about two weeks after our YouTubers upload our trailer. We will be shooting for many small YouTubers to reupload the trailer, and live stream. A few big YouTubers will do the same, too.
