Hi there, I am am looking to put my time in effort into a server which has players and a good community. I am a very mature, and responsible 19 year old with Moderator experience on what was once one of the biggest factions server along with Cosmic (TimeLessPVP) I was apart of there staff team for well over a year and was just about to be promoted to Jr. Admin just before they shut down. They would average around 2000-3000 players a day, due to the big Youtubers such as SSundee, Vikkstar123, and Crainer. I have loads of professional experience. I would like to be in charge of the staff; to train, help pick out applicants, conduct interviews along with of course manage your staff team. With the experience i have i also know what it takes to have a great server and build a community around it. I got rid of my gaming computer that account was from two years ago, I don't remember my email. Although I'm trying to get into contact with my old manager from Timeless via skype.

I know how staff should be operating, and what it takes to do well and be successful with a server. I’m also 19 with a lot of extra time on my hands to put effort into something else.

I'd reccomend getting some more experience before taking on the role of a manager, on any server.

Also it might be beneficial if you look for a thread design, free or paid.

Recommend making a resume, getting a thread design, and Not doing management, do moderation experience LOL, then work your way up to manager boom your first management experience don't try to get the manager on servers without even having
experience,

Also I thought you don't remember your email so how can you login to skype assuming it's an old skype account under the same email as your mc account.
