Hi there,

My name is Saif. I am 21 years old. I come fron the country of Dubai. I have a lot of traits In me which I will list below



Motivated // Determined


I am extremely determined and dedicated to complete work that is set for me. If there is something that needs to be completed I can ensure I will get it done as quickly as possible and to the best of my ability. I am strongly motivated to prove my worth and work my way up the hierarchy.

Mature


I believe being mature is one of the most important traits to possess as a staff member. I understand that it is extremely important as a staff member to calm situations instead of escalating them. The staffs role is to monitor the server which includes ensuring that everyone is playing by the rules and that players have a trusted person to go to for help, advice, and questions. With this being said lots of arguments and high tense situations can arise requiring a cool, calm and collected person to sooth the setting.


I remember the first server I managed was in 2011 I got on the server Played for 20 days (39 - 47+ Playerbase)

There was only 4 staff. 2 Owners. 1 Admin. I offers the owner Mantice if he was looking for a staff manager. He said sure as I was doing it for free and making free banners for the server. I advertised the server and it got to 128+ Players! I made mantice his thread but got a negative rep for it..

I have been staff on many servers in the past. My staff positions range from moderator to manager. I was admin on a server called 'WarriorCraft' in 2010.
I later became moderator on a pixelmon server in 2013. In 2015-2016 I managed NugNetwork faction server. There are more servers that I have been staff on, however I cant recall the names, staff positions or dates.




I'm able to do, Staffing, Management among staff, player and and on a forum. Accept, deny, and make chat platforms for staff. Small building and detailing. Able to use World edit. And some skills with some commands. This also includes partial skill to produce forums websites if needed, I can even make the server free banners.

1. This thread design is awful
2. There is literally no information nobody would hire you if you're asking for a pay
3. You say you are offering staff management services although you have had 0 previous experience as a staff manager? Moderator & Admin is completely different.
4. How on earth can you forget what servers & what positions you were on other servers? I don't buy it.

What is your IGN if you managed NugNetwork, as I'm pretty sure Sticky_Milk was the manager there.

I have experience. I am not taking anybody money.

I worked in vicious as manger Lioncraft Manager. RecallMeh - manager mineplex - Executive staff Vanishedpvp - manager. Royaltypvp - Admin

Manager on mineplex? good one, there is plenty of reasons that is completely false, one of them being that mineplex wouldn't hire somebody with shit grammar as a manager.

I find it hard to believe you were executive staff on mineplex, or staff there at all. Your grammar is not up to par nor is your honesty as we can all tell now. Why do you see the need to lie to try and get hired?
