About Me:
Hello Minecraft Market. My name is Ross and I have been playing Mincraft since 2012. I am 15 years old, and love to play hockey. Overall, I am a pretty easy-going guy once you get to know me.
My Experience:
I have a lot of experience being staff on servers. To start, I was a staff member on TheCloudNetwork. The Cloud was a survival server with a fairly small player base, and a great community. I enjoyed the server, and applied for staff. After a week of waiting, I got accepted. I did well as a Helper and soon got promoted. I was Moderator for a short time until I resigned because I lost interest in the service due to the lack of updates the server was producing. Next was CrypticMC. CrypticMC, (know known as UniverseMC, which is owned by AnonymousOG), was a factions server with a fairly large player base (minimum of 50 players). At the time, I posted a thread on a forum called MC Market about my server management position and they hired me. (I made another thread a long time ago). I had a blast being a manager as I got to learn new commands for PermissionsEX, Multiverse, World edit, and I got to accept and reject staff applications. However, The server did shut down after about 6 months due to lack of donations, and the owner could no longer afford the server.
Servers That I Specialize In:
Because I have been playing Minecraft for a while and joined many servers and gained experience while doing so. During that time, I have spent the most time on PvP based servers. These Include KitPvP (which is my favorite), PotPvP. (Potion PvP), Survival Games, (Hunger Games), and much more.
Why Choose Me?:
I believe I am different from the rest of the applicants due to my experience, and the way I communicate with players. Unlike most of the staff members, I have more experience. I can easily set up PermissionsEX, Essentials, Multiverse, and other various plugins that you need. If you hire me as a staff member, you van easily have access to my information. Moreover, a lot of the staff do not interact with the players that I do. I am a pretty easy-going guy, and can get along with pretty much anyone. I can be their friend, and foe when it comes to punishments. Overall, I think I would be a great addition to any staff team due to my experience, ability to communicate to players, and I feel me being a manager would change things up a bit and make things more exciting for you server!
