Introduction
Hey there. I'm Serhado and I'd like to possibly interest you or someone else in my management services. I'm looking for a good player based server that has a lot of active members. I am a PvP based manager but can still adapt to other types of game modes and work enthusiastically towards it.

Currently staff on a server called "Battlemines" a PUBG/H1Z1 unreleased server.
Experiences
I've owned 3 servers that were successful and aren't up today.
I've managed 1 server which I'm not sure 100% sure if it's still up?
TheParkMC: So I applied for TheParkMC a long time ago back in late 2016. I applied for the my 3rd time, I made it the best I could. The other two applications were not accepted due to lack of detail. I went full overboard on it. 2 days later, I got accepted! I was happy and I hoped I'd ace the interview stage. Turns out, I did. I answered the questions flawlessly and officially got into the staff team as Helper. I overcame many obstacles over being staff, once catching a lot of hackers with minimal evidence. I've even caught ghost clienters which in my opinion back then was great. I was able to catch hackers a lot and worked hard for the 3 months. I then got promoted to Moderator. Unfortunately TheParkMC's player base went down horribly. It decreased from 200 per night to around 50-100. I then decided to resign. TheParkMC at the moment is undergoing a full revamp with Frozen Orb (the creators of cheatbreaker).
SpainPvP: I applied for the first time on SpainPvP. I was under-age and didn't meet the age restriction but if my application was good enough I could've possibly been in the staff team! So I applied, got accepted flawlessly using my knowledge of applications from the past. I then came to the interview, I thought it was going to be completely different questions but it turns out it was remotely similar to TheParkMC's. I answered them very well and was accepted and being the only under-age staff member. I worked very well, catched many hackers and improved my sense of power. I got use to the system very quickly. I then resigned due to me experiencing some issues in real life, I solved them but didn't take the time to re-apply.
My Server(s): These servers weren't the greatest if I'm completely honest as I lacked the knowledge of coding back then. It all started when I bought a server. I've owned around 10+ hosting it locally on my iMac; I got DDOSed multiples of times causing my servers to be shutdown. These DDOSers were people who were banned off the server. This didn't allow me to make a server probably. I mainly changed the configurations on the servers and catched as many hackers as I can. I shutdown my local server after seeing the stress. Now onto the main servers that were the highlights. I created a server called FatalityMC, three of them in fact. They didn't work out in the end but was successful during release. I mainly edited configurations while my Developer was developing plugins. We did shutdown the server however due to insufficient funds and not having the Developer full-time to the server so that created multiples of issues when there were bugs. The general reason was consistency, we wanted the server to be professional but we never reached that goal. This gave me the ability to catch a lot of hackers as we did put our server on a very active server list and it also gave me a sense of leadership, to see how it feels to be in the owners shoes.
Block Network (a server I didn't remember much about): I don't remember much from this server as it was never released and it was a quite some time ago. I managed on this server being the 'Staff Manager'. I made applications, accepting and denying people. I couldn't get an interview setup as the Xenforo wasn't working and there wasn't a dedicated Teamspeak. I made an Application Format with scenarios included, I'd say getting staff is one of my strengths so I found it very easy. I couldn't hire anyone and soon I just resigned due to the unprofessional features and the disorganisation was killing me. I left on good terms stating why I left and he understood the reason. They then got a new staff manager and that's all I remember from there.
What will I do for your server?
• I would take charge in Applications & Interviews.
• I can bug test as I'm very good at finding bugs.
• I would be on the server to catch hackers regularly.
• I'd be there to answer every concern via in-game or forums.
• I can help with configurations if needed. (not guaranteed)
What do I want out of this?
I do free services for servers that have an active player base and are somewhat big. I do paid services for servers that aren't released to the public yet or are quite small. I don't ask for a lot of money, my services are incredibly cheap. I usually determine whether I do paid or free. Besides all the serious stuff, I just want to help a server grow or help it to escalate even further.
My Expectations for a Server
1. Has at least a Teamspeak or Discord.
2. A fully working forums that is quite active.
3. A server that is respected by people.
4. Have a Developer that is working full-time.
5. Have a semi-professional server.
6. A well-developed Teamspeak.
