Introduction:

Hello, everyone! I'm Alfred and I am looking for somewhere to work where I can manage the staff team so I am able to demote, recruit and promote players! Here's all the information you need to know about me!

About Me:

I'm Alfred, but my real name is Jordan. I am a 16 year old boy who has been working on minecraft servers for 3 years. I have had much experience with around 11 servers but, those servers have had only a few players on at a time. I am a trustworthy, confident and I can persevere through things. I have many skills which can help through my time in working on servers.

Skills:
I have many skills that I have learnt whilst I play on servers and work on them. Here are a few of my main ones which I feel can help during the staff manager position.

Mature - Maturity is a huge thing for me as you need to be mature and honest. If you don't like someones application, you're going to have to tell them on what they need to improve on instead of just denying it like some people do. I take time to read through applications and to make new staff updates for the players.

Positivity - Mosts people have this but, I'm always positive and I believe in everyone who applies. I can be responsible at all times and I can help out throughout anything that goes on with the server and I believe that it can continue being the best it can ever be.

Reliable - I am reliable because I can do whatever job for you if that's closing applications or recruiting more or anything else to do with staff manager. I can help manage the staff team and to train it to be the best.

Experience:

I have got a load of experience which can help this. I have been owner of many servers which has to be able to look after the staff team to actually recruit the players and managers. I have worked as Moderators and other things aswel which can help with working on a server. I can easily control and bring up a staff team with can benefit your server.
