Hello, I used to go by the name of Mebzz and I'm now here today to offer my services as a staff manager and to hopefully stay long-term.
My name's Mebzz, I'm 18 years of age, I've been playing Minecraft since the alpha release of the game, I've been doing all sorts of moderation ranging from, management, actual moderation, administration for the past 3-4 years. I used to own a YouTube channel with 2.9k subscribers which all came from me making Staff Series daily, i'm here to day to offer my services as a staff manager to networks of INTEREST. This service will be completely free, I do this for the fun of it, not money.
Experience
Sarefine / Valux
Sarefine was a practice server that used to get around 300-400 players daily. I started off as a trial-mod as pretty much everyone does and I worked my way up to the the admin position, whilst being an admin I was also carrying 2 roles. Head of T-Mods & Head of screenshare. What these roles meant was that whenever a new T-Mod was recruited I would take them aside and teach them how to be the greatest staff member they could be. Atleast that was my job, If I did a good job at It only they would know. I was also as I mentioned carrying a role called Head Of Screenshare. Basically before staff members could screenshare players on their own they would have to do a screenshare test with me since I was pretty good at screensharing at the time, I would let them screenshare me and I would judge If they are allowed to screenshare by them selves. If a staff member didn't learn how to screenshare properly within 2 weeks he would have to go since we cannot have staff members that have no clue how to screenshare on such a big network. I was basically making sure everybody on the staff team knew how to screenshare properly since having staff that don't know how to screenshare can ruin the servers reputation pretty badly. I was also part of the management even though It wasn't really my job. I was helping looking over staff application making sure they are fit for the job then suggestion a few applicants to the managers of the server. I was also a part of deciding promotions / demotions but didn't have too much of a say. Sarefine then merged with a server called Voltix who also got around 300-400 players on a daily basis. Me along with a lot of sarefine staff didn't really fancy the merge since the owners of voltix were just cunts so were the developers, we applied for sarefine and not for voltix so me along with a few other sarefine staff members decided to resign.
FaithfulMC
Faithful Is a network with kitmap, a few HCF servers and are now getting 2000+ players on SOTW's. (might have changed i have not seen any of their SOTW's for quite some months now so don't roast me if im completely off). I was a Staff Manager on Faithful for only a day. This was after I had resigned from Sarefine and the owner of Faithful (KillaMC) had offered me a staff position on there whilst I was staff on Sarefine (Mainly because I did youtube and had 2000+ subscribers with mad views). I got in contact with Killa and he offered me to be a staff manager, like I mentioned I was only a staff manager for a day on there and didn't really do much but setup a slack for the team since they were using a skype chat which Isn't really efficient. The day after KillaMC blacklisted me because I talked back to him, pretty lame and he basically just scammed me since he made me upload a video announcing their SOTW. Not much worth mentioning from this server.
ParaPVP
ParaPVP Is one of the most OG servers that was once ran by LeafyIsHere (youtuber with a few million subscribers) Leafy then quit this game and sold it to a guy called IBlackSmith. I applied on Para and was accepted as a trial-mod. I only made It up to moderator since the staff team was really corrupt and there Isn't really much worth mentioning here either. But Para used to get 500+players on a daily basis until It just slowly died because the owner was literally the worst owner in history, never made updates on the server, just the same old, the staff team were corrupt and nothing was ever done to fix it, I resigned after 2 months of working there.
Systic
Systic was a network with a FFA server & a Practice server. I was the owner of this server along with my friend. We had been working on the server for about 2 months, we started advertising and we hit 70 players at one point and we then got greifed which caused us to close down for 2 days which lost us half of our playerbase. We were expecting to have around 150 players that night we got griefed since we got 70 players on only after 15minutes from the videos being uploaded. We advertised with 2 11k subscriber youtubers. I was mainly in charge of the staff team on Systic as I don't have any knowledge of system administration etc. I did staff applications, took care of promotions & demotions, wrote the staff guide etc. We shut down Systic due to not having funds to run It anymore, we were stuck at a 30 playerbase and couldn't do anything else to make that number go higher.
VanityPvP
VanityPvP was a reg factions network where i was recruited as a staff manager using my old thread. I did all the recruiting & interviewing of staff members, demotions & promotions. The server wasn't taken very seriously I felt and the owner didn't really try and improve the server or grow if for that matter so I decided to leave the network and pretty much quit minecraft, I have not done any sort of management after that and i'm here today to start working again.
I've been staff on a ton more servers but I don't feel they are worth mentioning as all of them have been closed and only had around 100-200 players and I didn't stay long term on those servers, therefor i will just name all the server names but no detail on them. Warfine, SmoothPvP, HCFPVP, MainPvP, AuraHCF, DreamHCF, purgepots, VeilHCF.
SparkHCF
SparkHCF was my server that I created with a friend, we started from scratch and we got 300 players on our first release. On spark as an owner my job was mainly to get the youtubers to advertise for a pay, and run the entire staff team. I recruited a lot of new staff members and a lot of applications were denied. I was doing interviews, promoting, firing and everything was going well. About a month later i decided to resign since exams were coming in, the school year was starting to end and I wasn't doing very well, I had no time to contribute to the network no more.
Why pick me?
I would fit perfectly for this job as I have had a ton of experience In staff management, I've had experience In handling 400+ players on a daily basis, I know the pressure and I know how to deal with pretty much every situation. I'm not biased towards anyone when It comes to promotions / demotions. Last thing I'd want for a staff team Is for It to be corrupt. I have been toxic in the past, but those days are completely over, that was years ago, i handle situations with respect, i take every piece of information into different scenarios to make the right decision.
Reputation
Mcmarket reputation is a big deal for a lot of people, and really shouldn't be as anyone can leave you a false negative reputation and get away with it since the support on this website is actually dreadful. I have 4 -rep that are completely false, all from 4 people i have never heard of, all stating that I'm toxic, one of them are correct, but like i said those days are completely over, this was SEVERAL months ago if not year(s) ago. I have a TON of people that can vouch for me as a staff manager or a staff member in general.
How active can you be?
This is where this thread goes downhill. I can be offline for several days pretty often. Ever since i quit this game, I managed to get myself a life on the road. I have a girlfriend that I see quite often, so it will happen that I won't be on for quite some days at some point, but whenever i actually am home i'll be on for several hours.
Contact
Please send me a PM on Mc-Market if interested, a lot of information about server will have to be included, how you're planning on growing it, what the gamemodes may be, what makes it stand out from other servers? Bare in mind, I will NOT do this service for HCF servers, unless It's a HCF server that is up and running and has been for at least 3 maps. And please, for the love of god, don't comment about my rep. Kind regards.
