Hello - we are looking to open a new service. This will be under a new section called management.

We are looking to hire staff managers, media managers, and community managers, that will work as freelancers for us, that will be hired by a client and paid.

You will receive 85% of the payment that you agreed to with the client, and the rest will go with us and the middleman.

You are required to have a resume.

Please note - this is a position you have to apply for.

How it works? Read below.
You will join our discord as we are a service team. We offer all sorts of stuff like illustration orders, to bot development. We have a bot that users can create tickets to create orders. This is the steps they will take.
1.A client will create a ticket looking for a certain type of management
2.They will select what role they need
3.They will be asked if they would either like to pay weekly, or monthly. 4.Whatever choice they chose, they will be asked if they want to be quoted, or if they have a set price.
5.Information will be put in by the client about what they need that manager to do

Once the commission is posted, it will ping you, and all other staff managers that a client is looking for your services. From there you will be either able to quote on how much you think you should charge, or ask a questoin. If the client likes your quote and portfolio, they are able to accept you and you will be added to their ticket. From there you are able to discuss more details and whatever else. There will also be a commission manager assigned to your ticket. They will guide you guys if you have any questions or concers. Once you guys have agreed to a price, the commission manager will create a invoice on paypal and it will be embeded in a message in the ticket through the bot. Then the client will pay it and the work can begin. Here are some of the terms you need to follow during your work. If the client has not paid, no work shall be done, no matter the circumstances. Client is not allowed to pay the freelancer directly, if found out, both will be terminated from devnics. Client is not allowed to pay half. Payment 85% → Freelancer 3% → Middleman 12% → Devnics (edited)
