The alias I go by online is Bishop; I am a creative, resourceful, responsible businessman that can change a dying community into a lively one, or a budding community into a successful one. As long as I am given a set budget, and am given enough time to work I can do pretty much anything you might need from: Website Development, Forum Management, Plugin Configuration, Community Management, Staff Management, Graphic Design, and much more!
I am available from 5pm to 10pm EST(UTC-4) on weekdays and all day on weekends (10am - 10pm EST [UTC-4]) (This schedule will also be shown further down on the thread.) I will not stick to a 100% strict schedule, but I can be on during my available times.
Attention: I am not only a minecraft player, I will staff for any server on any game as long as:
- I own the game and/or you purchase it for me with server funds.
- I am able to get the grasp of the server/community within a few hours and/or a day. (I will not devote more than 24 hours to learning a game just to staff a server)
- The community has an active player base (If it is older than 1 month)
I will work for free, but if I am contacted, and offered pay for a staffing position I will choose that over your server. However I will not leave a commitment longer than 2 weeks for another server unless I am not able to refuse the offer.
I will not work through all of my available time. I will only play when I have time, have made no prior commitments, or are not on a L.O.A.
T.O.S:
1.1 - I reserve the right to refuse service to a specific server.
1.2 - I reserve the right to leave the server whenever I want.
1.3 - I reserve the right to take a leave of absence when real life issues arise/when it is needed.
1.4 - Exceptions to the T.O.S. may be made if agreed upon through both parties
2.1 - I must have a way to directly contact the Owner/Director/C.E.O. of the server at any given time until at least 9pm their time.
2.2 - If I am not aware of an issue you can not remove me from the team because of my not resolving said issue, however the exception to this rules is if I were to plea ignorance.
3.1 - I may use all of my power as I see fit be it firing a staff member or banning a specific player for hacking. If you want to make any exception to this rule you must tell me beforehand.
4.1 - I must be notified of what state the server is in, and how old it is prior to making a commitment to a server, failure to do so could result in my ejecting from the server.
