Who I am:
Hello, My name is Ryan. I'm a young man from the UK willing to help out a community, that being, community work or staff work in-game.
I'm a young man who currently is training to be a firefighter in the local service and I currently teach a cadet group as my role as an Instructor. I've received awards from the Chief as recognition of my work and efforts. I'm a hard working young man which I am very reliable at what I do. I work in groups very well, I also work on my own very well as well.

I have the ability to follow instructions and apply them quickly in my own way.
I have the knowledge of Linux, Windows Server 2012 R3 and Windows Server 2016.
Strong confidence around working around different people, including people from different ethnic backgrounds.
I have a strong interest in IT Administration & Network Administration.
I have the ability to react and work calmly with pressure on.
I also have the ability work around loud environments and not get distracted.
I have the ability to follow instructions then complete them without issue.
I have the skill to type and speak in full English fluently.
I follow all instructions and apply them to everyone else, and make sure everyone else is following the rules.
Experience:

I've only really owned my own server (ThePulseMC) didn't go far as lack of funding, but, I got to manage a staff team of 15-20 on my own and complete tasks with my business partner.
Ali-A Craft:
I purchased something called a "BETA" pass, which allowed to me to gain access to their server before release in late 2014, this is then where the server released and I applied for staff, I was promoted to Helper, and later demoted by a corrupt Staff-Manager (Female women) I forgot her name, someone may remember. I never gave up, I went back in mid-2015 explained the situation I was then promoted to a Helper once again and moved up to a Moderator late 2015, I then resigned as I was approaching school exam's and wanted to do well.
Summary:
As you can see I'm very mature for my age and want to help the community out, I'm willing to work hard, but, I want something out of this, I want to see the server go somewhere, If I can't see the server going anywhere, what Is the point of me doing any work, some may say, the work you do will increase population on the server, but, I don't want to be joining a server and moderating 2 people.
