Hello, let me introduce myself, my name's Mistii_. I am a 14 year old boy from England, I'm friendly, mature for my age and most importantly active on everything. I have top grades in all my subjects and am top set everything, easily calculating maths and having decent grammar. Although age may be a key factor on your server and I may not reach the requirements, just read on, people can make exceptions.So I will explain more now.
What am I?I, Mistii_, am in fact an experienced and trustworthy staff member available for anybody's use. I am usually put into the role as Moderator or Helper, as this is what I do best. I can make sure your servers safe and fill in on the gaps when most other staff members will not be online. I work well in a team and I come alone with only a few requirements.
Why should you hire me?
If you hired me, there would be quite a few perks for you. The main ones are that you get an active, trained staff member, hasty to work and always active and knowing what hes doing. The ones that aren't so obvious is since I'm GMT unlike quite a few others I can fill in for others on the staff team when they are sleeping. I'm online 14 hours daily and always on discord if I'm out in town. I can successfully screen share on Join.me and can download things at a command!
RequirementsAs anything, I come with a price. This is my list if you want me on your team, (don't worry, its not too big) 
Just a talk...Now I know you may be wary to ask me to be a staff member on your server because I may not be reputable enough for you on MCM but trust me, I am a really caring person. If you don't trust me at first just set me up with a trainee rank before moving me on to a Helper/Moderation rank. I am currently staff on 2 servers (maybe 3, getting feedback first,) Abyss Pvp and Supreme HQ. I make sure to strive in what I do best and that is moderating chat and catching chest ESP hackers or Xray, I love doing this sort of thing most as, as I am good myself and challenge myself, I find myself up against people who are great at pvp and can't sometimes tell if its a good combo or killaura, however when raised suspicions I am free to SS.

I noticed a comment the other day, someone said, "I hate staff they just do it to get themselves noticed and get perks and like punishing people because they are sadistic." Although true in some cases, I disagree, the purpose of a staff member is to be kind and caring and only punishing when really needed, to help out in chat and most of all, be themselves.

What am I?
Why should you hire me?
- The first reason why is, since I am not in high demand by anybody or simply because I am such a low role on your server, is I work for free.
- The second reason, my traits, I am kind, always there to help, active, independent, mature and kind.
- My experience is fairly big, I have had a few run ins with small servers with 10 players on average or so, but my main was a server called vanity pvp, this server at its lowest would get about 25 and highest around 90.
- I always have discord, Skype and MCM / server forums open (and slack if you use that) so I can always reply to people in an instant.
Requirements
- I ask that if you have a issue with me, please tell me over a chat call not in typing.
- I want to be hired on a server that at least gets an average of 20+ players, if I get a lot of people this number will raise.
- I ask that your server has a forums and a discord.
- And finally you give me a basic knowledge of the server.
