Hello, My name is Ryan, I'm from ArkanPrison.
ArkanPrison is going to start getting made soon and we are looking for some good builders, developers, staff members, if you are interested please contact me on my skype.​

Staff Member:
As a staff member for ArkanPrison, We will need you to help increase the player-base and also control the server while there is a lot of people on, I might not be there because I'm working on new builds, configs.
You are required to be active, but, You don't need to be as active as other servers require their staff to be.

Developer:
As a developer for ArkanPrison, We will need you to help with configs, plugin building, new plugin suggestions. This is to make ArkanPrison unique.

Builders:
As a builder for ArkanPrison, We will need you to help with the building mines, PvP, Spawn, DP anything that requires building we will need you there.
(Please read the note at the bottom)

Reason for ArkanPrison, The reason we want ArkanPrison is to give a free server that isn't pay to win! We will have NO donations, We do not accept donations, This is to hopefully increase our playerbase because its fair for new people who join.
The way you can win ranks is to be active, get players on, DP

NOTE:
NO Staff member, Dev, Builder will be paid as we are NOT a pay to win server!
This is voluntary work which will look good on your CV

No one works for free, this is a market and you buy/sell things here.

You can try planet minecraft for free builders though.

I'm looking, a lot of people do want to work, and they will do it for free if they want to help a server out, My server will be big as I've owned 3 networks previously 50+ PB and sold for $1500+

You might work but if the server gets large enough, paying for it could take a hit on your wallet. economy kind of sucks right now.

I'm sorry, you may get away with not paying staff members, but to be honest it's rare that you can get away with not paying your Builders / Developers. The whole point of a Developer is to sell your plugins, etc, and the whole point of a builder is to sell your builds.
Not trashing your thread, just giving my opinion.
Good luck with your server, the thread looks nice other than that.
