About Us​

Hi, my name is Jam, and somewhere is MCTrollers. We are the owners of our new upcoming server named "Dexterity." Our main gamemode as of now is Skyblock, and we plan to expand and increase the size of our server(s) in the near future if everything works out as planned. For now we plan to start with Skyblock and maintain a stable and giving community.

What I am asking from you here today, is a professional, calm, mature, friendly, and (somewhat funny, clowns are 2016.) staff member. If you do decide to apply for our server, please keep in mind that we ask a few things from you, which included filling out an application. (if you read this, put a at the bottom of your application, do not ask why.)

Put effort into your application!

We are looking for a team of hard working individuals, to maintain peace on Dexterity, and resolve any problems that may arise. A small team of five or six will do, so space is limited. If you are looking to create and maintain a kind community, and play Skyblock then please, this is your place to be .

As far as applications go, we can tell if you really put effort into it, or you're handing us a piece of crap from google. Everyone is starting at the helper or trainee position, no exception. If you want a position on our team, then put effort into it. Trying to fill as little as possible doesn't deserve an "Okay" from us. Please private message me your applications [Preferred], or reply in the thread. If you PM me with anything about being a manager or administrator, I won't even respond to you. People start from Helper and Trainee on Dexterity, and that's how it's going to stay.

- Past experiences: N/A All the servers I've worked on in the past are no longer up. I've never really been part of a huge community, I prefer to stick with smaller servers. But, I don't mind bigger servers.

- What are you willing to dedicate? Well, I'm not going to bullshit you, I'm not that talented. I'm pretty good at building and play games all day. What I can give you is a real dedicated Minecraft player who knows the community inside out. Not a robot-like staff member, not a strict no-fun guy, not a over the top silly kid. Just a regular, dedicated player.

- Strengths and abilities: I'm good at talking, communicating and just socialising in general. Like I said above, I'm pretty good at building too. Also, since I've been playing Minecraft for about 4 years now, I've picked up quite a lot on how to take care of players. I've learnt that the key to being a successful, loved staff member is to just pretend you're a regular. That way, you can connect with your community and good relationships always ensure a good server.

- Are you working with any other servers? No.

- Other things about yourself: What can I say, I'm a honest guy. I tend to be quite relaxed and I am up for jokes every now and then. However, I don't let my jokey side take over. I know when to be chill and when to enforce.

Denied, sorry but your application does not have proof of being staff on servers, not being able to list the servers isn't appealing either. You should've put more effort into your application

I was staff twice on a decent size server called BreachPvP (Website Breachpvp.com for proof) I resigned due to a abusive owner and admin! I also owned my own server named Kingsmanpvp which I am currently selling the branding to. I lastly was owner on a server with Internal that never really made it off the ground and was later sold to someone which I am not sure who. (Name was DesirePVP)

- What are you willing to dedicate? [Be specific please.] I will dedicate my time, effort and overall ability of me being staff! I will strive to provide a enjoyable experience for all players that join!

- Strengths and abilities. When I think about my Strengths and abilities I think about my ability to do things like Speak to people calmly and also type with proper use of words! I can also do simple things like screenshare and also be very helpful for general questions about the server (Would need to learn a bit more) and the game! The last strength I would say I have is my ability to learn. I am a very good learner and with some time can learn at least the basics of almost anything!

- Are you working with any other servers? Currently I have no jobs with working with any servers. I haven't worked with a server since my server sadly closed! (About a month ago so I may be rusty!)

- Other things about yourself [Be specific please.] I am a 14 year old "kid" that lives in the United States and also is in 8th Grade! I do have some medical issues that may keep me from being on as much as others. I have a stomach disease called Crohn's Disease! This disease may keep me from being as active as others if I am accepted. I get sick more offend than usual people and I have a decent amount of treatment and will soon need to go to the hospital for further treatment for 1 day every month! Anyways other than that I am a baseball player who just loves playing that! I love hanging out with friends and playing games like Call Of Duty, Counter Strike, Minecraft, and Rocket League! I am a want to be youtuber that only has 51 subs! (Ik its pathetic xD). But yea that is basically my life... Sleep School Play Games or hang out with friends and repeat!

- Strengths and abilities: All as mentioned above as well as patience, good at teamwork and sticking to a deadline.

- Are you working with any other servers? No, just recently left PocketPixels to embark on a bigger role. I fancy something like a Manager position that makes a huge impact on the server all the time instead of being called when needed.

- Other things about yourself:
I am currently at University, studying Game Design. I model, texture, code, animate, all that creative stuff and only go in 3 days a week. I have a lot of spare time and am on my PC hours upon hours.
That's about it that I can think of off the top of my head.
Other than I've owned tons of little servers, been the person everyone goes to for help on servers or tech related things and have a real drive to create something new and innovative that makes fun. In this case an entertaining minecraft server.
