Hello! My name is Jaret and I have decided to pursue an idea I have been formulating for a while. I am sure this has been done to some extent in the past, but I would like to create a Discord community for people looking for a staff member to join their team. Below, I will answer some questions to clear up any confusion.

How does your service work?
Users will apply with us, if accepted, they will be granted a role in our Discord server to prove their acceptance. When you are in need of a staff member, you simply tag that role in our recruitment section and a staff member will get with you shortly. They will be required to have a copy of their original application with us or a resume equivalent. You can ask any questions you wish and determine if they would be a good fit.

How does this differ from the Recruitment & Staff section?
We cut out the tedious staff recruitment process for you, so you can get to work on improving your server! We offer solid staff candidates that will easily fit into your community, if they don't, other options will be available.

How do I apply to join the staff queue?
Simple. Fill out our short application and send it to me on Discord (information posted below). After you send it, I'll ask a few questions and determine if you would be acceptable for other communities.

How will the companies in need of staff know how reliable your "recommendation" is

Resumes and applications will be kept for all our staff members. It isn't like we make the sole recommendation, we are essentially a medium for staff recruitment. To be fair, when you make a post on recruitment forums you are getting applications from all kinds of users. We provide candidates who have stood out from the rest to simplify your search for a staff member. Obviously we don't guarantee anything, but it makes the search less stressful on you.
