Previous experiences in moderation position

When it comes to being staff on servers, i have had a descent amount of experience. This includes Mini-Game servers to HCF servers, i found love in Hard Core Factions 1 year ago when i stumbled across a HCF server (closed now) that really got me addicted, i made some friends and then had a faction called 'Hunted' that then went on to play a couple maps and then we sort of lost the team and sort of split apart, i than found an interest in Staffing on servers, i made a couple applications and got denied on a few which only led me to improve my applications massively and then i led on to get a staff placement on Viper, viper was great don't get me wrong but its just not for me i guess, i didn't like what i was hearing from certain staff members and i also didn't like how they ran the place, i would get demoted and then re-promoted for no reason given and just clueless on what's happening.

I was a staff member on Zyrex for about 2-3 months, it was a great community that was rising rapidly, the active/current player base was about 60+ this server included Factions, MCInfected, KitPvP, Eggwars, Creative and gunspvp. I can across this server when I was searching for a new server online, I started playing and got addicted to the game modes and made tons of friends and applied for staff, I got accepted and than left when the server went corrupt.

This was a great server with a player base of 30+ I got Moderator and was shortly promoted to Administrator because of my dedication towards the server, the server was a factions server that went corrupt and died out, I had great experiences on that server.

Within my experience i can definitely say that i enjoy being a staff member, i like to give back to servers that have really benefited my game play and enjoyment because its only fair to say thank you to the people who create such great servers. I am prepared to take on the staff role and i'm prepared for anything as always when applying for servers.

it may be hard work but I love having that feeling when you help someone, it makes you feel apart of the server and a huge part of the community. I'm used to being threatend when someone doesn't get what they want, I always make sure that the situation is not left with anyone being upset or annoyed and that it's handled correctly.

I know how to screen share well and fine clients that would normally be naked to the human eye.

Activity

I am a very active player and normally play for as much time as i can making sure the server is well moderated in a way that no rule breakers can harm the server.

Professionalism

I like to do things as professional as possible, i don't like having un detailed answers to things i like them too be answered in a way that people will fully understand, i am a great forums member with over 400+ posts on an old server i used to be staff on and then unfortunately went corrupt (players lost, staff quit)

Dedication

I know that dedication is one of the most important things to becoming a staff member, it shows that you will not abuse your powers but will only indulge them into creating a better place.

Moderation

As said, i am a very active member, this will not only improve my moderation skills but it will reduce the amount of hackers or rule violators playing on the server.

Why should we choose you over other members?

I feel I am more I unique than other applicants and can supply more skills to improve the community and everyone around me.

I want to be chosen as a staff member because i know that people get very distressed in having hackers/Cheaters/Exploiters playing the game who don't only want to ruin the server but want to make other people experience/game play horrible. As i said i have a lot of experience when it comes to actually staffing on servers, i know how to be professional and make sure that nothing goes unanswered as i see a lot of the time when i come on servers, i don't want the staff rank to show off i want the staff rank to use it to my ability by creating a nice environment for players to enjoy and make friends.

I feel i can offer more than other applicants can, although my age is 15 i don't act unprofessionally, of course i have humor but i will make sure the server comes first before anything, i like to have this qoute in my head 'Service before self' i feel a lot of staff don't have this, they like to make sure they are okay before anyone else which i feel is completely wrong and stupid.

I will make sure that even if i am in a bad mood i will put on a happy face to make sure that my well being doesn't affect the server and that if i feel annoyed i will speak to a higher staff member about it. If i feel someone is abusing i will make sure to report it to an Admin or higher so that the situation does not get out of hand and cause distress and harm.

I want to be chosen as a staff member to make The community a better place and make sure it is well moderated at all times, I'm up for any questions anyone has to ask and if I don't have time to answer them I will allow them to private message me via Skype! I'm great at clearing out support rooms and I'm normally always in a support room waiting for people who need help, I'm very fast at dealing with things depending on the extent of the problem/question but will always try my best to sort it out even if it's not in my power I will forward your question on to a higher member on the staff team who can then deal with the situation.

I can proved huge activity towards the server and everyday moderation, I can multitask and work on the forums too, I think most of what I can do is listed above or through the the application.

I have a good acknowledge on how to deal with difficult situations and on how to handle them in a proper/best way. My specialties would be my moderating skills and how I know almost every command that deals with punishments and other plugins.

Why should we choose you over other members?- I believe you should chose me over someone else is my knowledgment in moderating servers and how to keep them fun safe and active! I have a wide variety of experience when dealing with moderating a server swell as I'm good at keeping away hackers and other bad players from the server making it toxic free.
What can you do that other can't-
No one out there is like me. I consider my self a unique player when it comes to playing mc. Swell as my humor makes almost anyone laugh. Im a smart and hardworking player who knows how to have a good time yet at the same time can get the job done. Ive also owned my own faction server once so I understand the feeling on how to handle any situation without making a big mistake.
