Hello, I would like to introduce us to you!
I'm Inspear, or Pammito. And I'm the Co-Owner of PurePots. We are a HCF server that is recruiting staff. The server is still in it's development but we're looking for staff members so that we're ready.

We don't wanna be one of those generic HCF servers, we actually want people to come to the server and say "Wow! This looks awesome, I will play this server!". But, with that in mind, we want to do this with YOU.

Ranks Available
As of right now, 2 manager roles are available. 4 Admin roles, 5 Senior Mods, 7 Moderators and 12 Helpers.
No, this doesn't mean we're looking for these exact numbers, it might be more or less depending on how the server goes. Meaning, if we get about 20 people applying for manager, a few will be administrators instead of their manager role. Just keep that in mind, but that will happen very rarely.

Developers
Like almost every other server out there, we're looking for a few developers. Developers will be paid weekly or monthly depending on how the server funds go.

We're looking for anywhere from 1-4 developers.
If everything goes correct every developer will gain anywhere from $10-$100 per week/month.
Lets say that you gain $100 per weekly, you'll gain $400 monthly. Do that for 2 months (that month + 2 months) you'll have a staggering $1200.

Moderators
As I have stated in this thread, we'll look for max. 7 moderators from this thread/MC-Market.
As a Moderator we will test you if you know how to screenshare very good and efficiently. Also, Moderators do not get paid. The only ranks that are in a stage of payment (that means that they can get payment) are Staff Managers or over.

As a Moderator your responsibility is to check in on players if they're cheating, needing help or exploiting. The reasoning behind that we need a substantial amount of staff members is that we want the best feeling for the players. Because most HCF servers I see usually never have staff on the times that I'm on. And with a pretty large amount of staff members that would be changed by a big margin.

Manager
As a manager you can get paid up to 5% of server donations. So lets say that you manage our network really good, then you might get 5% of the server donations. As a manager you can be paid up to $80, and adding the server donations you can get a staggering $125 per month.

Do you have any experience - I am fortunate to have the experience necessary I think to be able to agree to this position, I had the chance to become moderator on servers one where I was and who had the most connected population was 250 all round .
I have experience level moderation as control level, I know almost all the basic commands Moderator, Helper, and especially know my role.
I judge myself able to speak calmly and sympathetically to the players to be as close to them, and bound a bond of trust between me and the community server. In my role I certify namely Bonus power I have and promises not to abuse it, and I learned a lot from my mistakes, that's what made my experience level.
I will not judge me better than the other members of staff, and I would encourage as much as possible.
I have attended staff meeting and I know how it usually happens this.

I believe you as the recruitment team should recruit me for the position of Manager because I truly believe that I have great potential to become a PurePots staff member and here is my reasoning behind this answer. I believe I have the potential of becoming staff here on the PurePots community because I have a great personality for example, I love communicating with players and having fun playing games and laughing and making players feel comfortable and welcome to the community. For more reasoning behind my answer I shall involve more detail regarding moderation skills and management skills.To me it's a joy helping people 24/7 because I want the hacking and the chat to stay as clean as a whistle. Do you have any experience - I have tons of experience in moderation roles and administrative roles for large servers! I was a helper on Critical Prison, I moderated the chat and PVP arenas, helped organize server events and helped with some of the servers features. I was also the Trainee Manager for Fakeplex, a short-live server the averaged around 200 players. I coordinated the Trainees of the server for the time is was online (The actual staff not the purchasable staff). I also am an Admin on TheHydroMC, a UHC server that averages 130 players per match.
What can you bring to PurePots - I can use my stellar moderation techniques to help remove the cheaters and hackers from the server. I can also help moderate the chat as I am very familiar with the way players behave in all kinds of scenarios. I am also talented at reviewing staff applications, ban appeals, player reports and other things done via the server forums. I am familiar with bungee, waterfall, spigot and bukkit plugins so I can help work out any unexpected bugs that tend to occur with servers under high player loads. I am capable of dealing with disputes over very strange scenarios and can help develop a servers gamemodes.

That I will be active on the server, answer players questions, keep the server clean and help you when you are in need. I also think that you expect I will be a great asset of the server. I believe that I am the perfect admin or moderator for you server.

Do you have any experience -I have been staff on a few servers but I would only consider one of them "known" I was a moderator on the Para Network, quite a few months ago but I learned lots of skills there that I believe would help me becoming staff. I require less training then an average staff member as I already have knowledge about being a staff member on an HCF server. With me being staff on another server I know most all basic commands and some advanced. After sometime I was later demoted for inactivity as there was a miscommunication between me and an Admin.

I usually tend to stay up late and sometimes I see players complaining there are not enough staff members on at this time. As a player I hate seeing people complain and I wan't to help that. With me being up late I can be on when some other staff members may not be so I can help players out that are having issues at that time. Hopefully if I am accepted I can make these set of players who do complain not have to stress that anymore and I can be there for them.

Knowing that when I am applying I will be helping out players on. I would consider my self great at multitasking which can help in many aspects as helping out players in Teamspeak and communicating with players in game. Whenever I am online I always tend to be in Teamspeak making sure support rooms are empty. I enjoy helping players and enjoy getting a thank you!

Always enjoy being staff knowing I am making a community a better place whether its banning hackers or just doing support rooms, I myself knowing I am striving to make a community better is great!

What can you bring to PurePots - I don't lose my temper easily, I have past experience with other servers, I'm good at PVP and can understand whether someone is hacking or not (although most people can ). I'm starting a youtube channel and can hopefully get going with that and get more people too the server.

If yes, does your recording exceed 30 fps - Yes I record with ShadowPlay(A recording software that can be downloaded if you have a Nvidia graphics card) I can record all if not most bans as I have a tool in my software to record the last 20 minutes if I do forget I can just click a button and it will record the last 20 minutes. and also can record In 30fps.

I have played MC for many years now and I am looking for a server to be apart of, I have extraordinary experience in MC staffing although I'm fairly new to HCF therefore I am only applying for the helper rank. My skillset is very unique as a fairly OG MC player, I've seen it all.
I am extremely experienced in all of the commonly used MC plugins to date, with also experience in finding hackers, even the most stealth ones. I feel as if I have enough experience to be a staff member on a HCF server as I've had experience in Factions many times, just not very recently. My communication skills work in the best ways to effectively communicate with the rest of the staff team and can be a very friendly experience to work with me.

Yes, my MC runs at roughly 400-500 FPS and I will be purchasing a new computer in the next few weeks that will double my current fps.

helpers must be able to respond to players in need and assist with whatever they can.
As a helper you are expected to work productively with the whole staff team and be friendly and pleasant to work with while also being able to get the job done as effectively as possible.

You can expect me to show all of my efforts to making the server a pleasant place for all and keeping the negatives away from the server.
