Hello, and welcome to the SkyGods recruitment thread! I'm Aedan, the Community Manager of SkyGods. I'd like to recruit staff members so that we can begin having people moderate the chat and keep the server clean.

SkyGods will be a 1.10 Skyblock server, with three different island types and game modes - not just one regular island. It has many custom plugins such as Gambler, Ad Rewards, and more! If you'd like to view more of the server and learn more about it, feel free to join now (172.106.202.43:25616).

For staff communication, we will be using the site Slack.

We will be recruiting positions for Helpers, Moderators, and Administrators at the moment. Please choose the position out of the 3 that will suit you best, and that will benefit SkyGods. We may add another rank in the future but for now, we'll be working off of the basic promotion system we have now.

Don't as me. I'm just here to point out flaws, not to fix them.

Set it to none, it auto changes to white for the dark theme and black for the white theme.

As for now we won't be paying any of these positions as we look to invest most of our money to developers, builders and advertisement. In the future administrators may possibly be payed but for now, no. If you'd like to become a developer you can PM me and I'll get you in touch with the owner. Thanks for viewing and replying!

Why are you applying for SkyGods?: I have always been staff on factions servers before. I am looking for somewhere new, such as your server to start on.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: I have lots of previous experience and I am mature and I know I can handle this. I have used slack before and I know how to use it, that will be helpful. I am very good with skywars too, so I know that will push me above the players that do not know.
How will you be able to benefit SkyGods in this position?: I can be mature and I can handle this position and give you the time needed. I feel I have a few pros for me as to why you should pick me. I have lots of previous staffing experience. This can help give me an advance other to people who are fresh staffing, this also means I can learn to staff the way you guys want me to. This also means that I am up for challenges and up for any changes that you guys would want me to make. I am very mature, and I can be funny when needed. I am not always a serious person but I am when I need to be, and that's what staff members need to be. If you are serious all the time then people will never want to talk to you because that's just how players are. I love getting what I need to get done as soon as I can, but I will not rush it. When you rush things they tend to come out, bad, ya know? But anyways I can always be there for when any players need me, as a friend, as a person to rant to, and especially to help. I hope if I get staff on this server that I can make new friends in the community and bring new people to the community as well. I want to try to make the server a better place, and plus I usually never see helpers on the realms I am on. When I am on I usually only see one staff member on, and I hope that I could help with that number. If I get an opportunity at being staff. I can have a lot of my free time to be dedicated to this position and I hope that you enjoyed my app and that I can impress you.

Extra Information: I am 17, as said above and I have a job. Some days I work from 4-11 with school or I am stuck with an 9 hour shift so I will be on later at night or earlier in the morning.
