Hello MC-Market, I don't really know how this thread is going to go. I am looking for staff members for an upcoming Hardcore Factions / PVP network. I will not be disclosing any information about the server at this time. But we are looking to hire the following ranks;

• Trial-Moderators
• Moderators
• Senior Moderators
• 2 Head Moderators (US & EU) [Please Contact me via Skype for this position]

Also just a disclaimer this is not some basic HCF server with leaked plugins (I know a lot of Server Owners say this) but I can guarantee you that this server is running top of the tier plugins, and the best hardware out there.

Yes, I know this is copied from uhm. but that is only because I am the server manager over at UrbanHCF and all of the application are sent to me anyway so I decided to make this post.

As I've said with many other Staff Recruitment posts, if you don't flash a huge budget you won't get many people. .

I didn't mean them getting paid, I mean if your budget for the server is above 1k, people would flock in thinking they can get a share of that once they gain trust.

Well some servers offer it to make sure their staff team is motivated, it reduces the chance of abuse and I was simply wondering.

Well you're also giving up many many hours a day to do something that is not that easy. People want to get rewarded for what they do.

No network (in our community) pays this level of staff members. I apologize for not including that it is voluntary in the thread. But it will be a good experience that I know you will enjoy. We have a family environment over here at UrbanPVP, and treat everyone equally (no bias).

With all do respect, I do know some servers (in our community) who do pay staff.

"pays this level of staff members" I do understand that there are servers that pay administrators and system administrators obviously. But we're only recruiting voluntary positions currently.

Paying developers is understandable but not trial mods lol
