The administrative team has been working nights on end to guarantee an enjoyable atmosphere for factions to enjoy playing. What's the differences between Helper and Helper+?

Helpers

• 
  Main task monitor chat to see if anyone is breaking any chat rules.
  
  
• Hackers aren’t your main priority but if your the only staff member on feel free to deal with it.
  
  
• To help players on forums, discord, supports rooms, tickets and in game.
  
  
• Stay active on all platform, If inactive for more than 2 days, please post a reason on #Inactivity chat on discord.
  
  
• Must be monitoring all servers.
  
  
• For tickets only answer the one that you can assist the players with if not tag someone that can you can deal with the issue.
  

Helper+

• 
  Main task deal with hackers, reports, player reports and to screenshare players.
  
  
• To help players on forums, discord, supports rooms, tickets and in game.
