I think there should be 2 Staff Members per each category. Example: 1 Mod for Established Servers and 1 Scam Resolver. When you post a scam report you can tag which category it's under and the categories Scam Resolver can deal with it and not just have 2 Scam Resolver deal with the whole sites scams. This would make Scam Reports go by quicker because this is real money we are dealing with.

56 staff members to moderate the forum? I get we have a low amount, but that might be overkill to have two moderate each product forum.

I personally believe just more defined roles:
Chat Mods, Forum Mods, Resource Mods, Reputation Mods. That way the work is spread out, but not to the point where it's competition with staff of each forum.

I think that the current structure we have works way better with having our staff moderate all of the categories. It's super important to have redundancy in our roles, and I don't see what this will solve.
