Skript isn't coding, it's basically writing English sentences. You can do far more with Java, and Skript uses a lot of resources and breaks easily.

Skripts are good for small stuff like this.
I dont see the point in making a whole plugin just for this.

A "staff plugin" or "staff mode" it's assuming what everyone is asking for, for their hcf servers, is not "small".
