Staff Mode 1.7 plugin

Hello!

So I'm looking for a Staff Mode plugin, and my previous thread got nothing so I'd like to give it another shot. I'll list the things the plugin must have below. Reasonable/negotiable price for the plugin.

Items:

- Inventory Inspector: allows to view a player's entire inventory (armor and everything else). I must be able to take off and put on armor, or take something out and replace it with something else.

- Compass teleporter

- Better View item (carpet): basically when you have the carpet in your hand, it's barely noticeable and allows everything to be visible because your hand doesn't take up the screen like normal.

- Vanish item (green/gray dye): toggles /vanish on and off.

Commands:

/mod or /staffmode : toggles Staff Mode on and off

/freeze all: freezes the whole server

/freeze player <player> : freezes a player

/copyinv <player> : Copies their inventory

/staffchat (BungeeCord compatible)

/request (BungeeCord compatible)

/panic : freezes the user who uses this command, and prevents that player from taking any more damage. This is useful if a YouTuber is in pvp and there's a hacker. They would /panic, it would alert online staff members and the YouTuber wouldn't take any more damage until they /panic again.

/report (BungeeCord compatible)

I ask that the plugin is fully customizable. This means editing messages, deciding the order in which the staff mode inventory the items will be in, change items. There must also be a customizable staff mode scoreboard. Once the staff member is out of Staff Mode, their inventory must be restored to what they had before they went into Staff Mode.
