Staff Mode

Hello, I am looking for a staff mode plugins with the following features:

1º Slot: A compass named &bCompass.
2º Slot: A book named &bInspection Tool -> Opens the player invntory and allows you to edit it.
3º Slot: A green carpet namd &bBetter View
8º Slot: A head named &bOnline Staff -> Displays all the online staff with a GUI.
9º Slot: A vanish tool, named &bBecome visible if enabled and &bBecome invisible while not enabled. When the vanish is enabled, the player won't be able to hit players and the item will be 351:8 and whilst the vanish isn't enabled the player will be able to hit other players and the item will be 351:10
If player has staffmode.admin he will be in gamemode 1 while in staff mode and if the player has staffmode.mod he will be in gamemode 0.

Budget: 15$ (negotiable)
