Give a little background of your self I am a 13 year old developer/Moderator/Administrator that is looking for a job to fill up some of his time. I know how to make custom plugins (although would not do that for free). I have had 5 years of prior mc experience (two of staffing), I have a screen recording and editing program (if needed), I can contribute at least 2 hours per day to the server, I will be available almost whenever you need me, I am a kind staff member I will treat my fellow workers/players very well, and I am very capable of learning whatever you need me to on the server quick. Although I am young I am very mature and capable of server satisfaction I have had lots of experience as a helper, developer, manager and administrator, again I have little to do during the day so I will be able to be on very often. I love seeing everyone on a server having a good time and love making that possible. I know how to develop servers from creating shops to making anything you may need on this server possible, and I have made a whole minecraft server by myself from building to coding the plugin commands and minigames.
Any experience Yes, Dev promoted to manager on PixxelParty , helper on KitPVPNet, Helper promoted to Admin on WaffleGalaxy, Co-Owner on Ultimate PVP etc.
How many times can you be on in a week at least 2 hours per day

What would you do if someone was hacking If I knew for sure they were hacking ip-ban if I wasn't sure I would probably /invsee them and then ban them.
