Staff needed for a Minecraft service group!

Hey fellow people! As you may guess, I didn't put much work into this thread. Let's just say I rather put work into a thread when I am selling instead of requesting. Anyways, I am the developer of the group but I was asked by the owner to post a thread here. We use discord for communication. The positions are as showned:

- Salesmen: They get the people for the service.

- Developer: Develops plugins, obviously. Just keep in mind if you take on a job, it's within your skills.

- Builder: Builds exactly what is requested.

These are the only positions as of now but we may create more depending on how the future goes.

The payment system is certainly exact amount, math will be conducted if needed.

10% -> Salesmen who got the client. Keep in mind that you can make lots of cachow (I had to do that) if you bring lots of people who's willing to use our service!

40% -> Worker who accepted the client's request. Workers are the builders or developers (or any other future position).

50% -> Company. Keep in mind that the company needs income too! The company will grow depending on how active the group is!

For example.. if a client pays $10 (we do prefer pounds (£) as for that is the currency as the owner). $1 is to the salesmen, $4 is to the worker, $5 is to the company. Same goes if it were 10 pounds. It would be splitted as shown.

Not my problem, if you read the beginning of the thread, I am simply a developer.

Sorry but I don't answer questions that don't involve anything that I was tasked to. The owner simply asked me to post this forum. If you have a question of any sort, join the discord channel and ask the owner.

Then delete the thread. My question was more than relevant to the content of your post. I asked something about how you are paying these "staff" you are looking for. I'm not wasting my time joining your discord when my question can be answered here.

You won't find anyone by being rude and hard to work with, which clearly you are both.

I simply refuse to delete this thread. It goes against my task. Your "question" is irrelevant. It symbolizes "greed". Please note that first off, the salesmen will have to do the work to get the clients for the workers, but it would be unfair if it was to be free. Second of all, the company needs an income for itself based on the future. I am not allowed to spoil future plans to you as for only the owner can speak of it. If you have an argument against this reply, then please, don't bother wasting your time with this thread.
