What website are you referring to?
Are the positions paid for or rewarded in some way?
Is it a game platform, if so, Minecraft related?
You could really add so much more information to this post; most people will dismiss the post because they haven't got a clue what you're going on about.
I am not trying to slate or trash the thread, just trying to give you some advice that would properly increase your chances in the recruitment process.
