Hi,
I am looking to start a sever network with someone it has huge potential but you will need to dedicate a bunch of time to the server. There is no discord no nothing. You need to be very dedicated to help out with the server as well as hire staff and do interviews. You can read the requirements.
Staff Needed:
3 Owners
2 Managers (1 Staff, 1 Network)
3 Developers (1 Plugin Dev, 1 Discord Bot Dev, 1 Config Dev.)
5 Administrators
7 Moderators
5 Helpers
Our first gamemode will be OP-Factions, although I want to become a big network. We can start with this.

• Must be 13 or over
• Have a quite a lot of experience
• Mature
• Must be able to invest half or at least quarter to the server.
• Must be familiar with configurations
• Must be familiar with plugins

You wouldn't have to pay this for each development task, but for each ticket, so you can stack up a list of things you need to get done, then create a ticket with that list. Afterward, one of our talented Devs would be at your service!
