Staff on a huge server with 30+ Playerbase.

Hello everyone, My name is Zack Or MrLegit.
I am looking to be a staff on a server with 30+ playerbase on it. How can I help the server? Simply by being active, Banning hackers Answer people's questions.

What I will need is
/v
/tp
/fly
Why I need these? well because I spy on a suspicious person for 5 minutes then if he is clear then he won't be banned. If he did things I will banned him right away. I will also be constantly watching over the players looking on forums for any posts by users for hackers. I do not tolerate hackers/Rule breakers. I will give them 3 warnings, Then I will push the ban to the user. However I will not only ban him but banned his ip and any accounts he used so he will not hack any farther on the server.
I will benfit you, I will never do anything bad to your community I will always be nice to people help them out and things.
I also will be managing discord if you have.

Seems like really unprofessional. Telling us how much players you banned doesn't mean anything. Telling owners what you will need is a mistake because they decide that (Explaining why especially). I really suggest you to edit the thread and add a lot more info.
