Have you actually read that thread? What you're asking for is no where near 5-10$.

If you are wanting this, your talking ruffly around $15-35 or possibly more if you are asking for them to stay with your team so it doesn't get bugged up. Also if you spend around lets say $40 on this and your server works doesn't work out, you cannot ask the developer to refund you the money because your server didn't work out. I don't think it's worth spending your money on this, I recommend a plugin on your server that can be reused and re-configured easily for yourself to handle (thats all depending on your age of course)

thats fairly easy if there was an xenforo addon that only allows people to register using their mc names because i doubt you want a normal image instead of a skin of the user's
