Staff Permissions Bypass

Hello Mcm. My name is Kyron (not real name) I would like a plugin that can make my staff play to! Without staff perms. Its a factions server and staff can bypass regions. but i want a plugin that makes them make a command to be able to do a list of perms something along this.

spm.bypass

Commands:
./spm bypass

#List of permissions you would want people to do ./spm bypass to use
